MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19
Covid-19 pandemic has changed some rules of the hostel. We adopted a new protocol to ensure maximum safety for our customers and workers. Albergue Seminario Menor has drawn up the following protocol for everyone’s safety. With the effort of ALL we will be able to ensure a safe environment. We are happy to host you in our hostel and we hope to make you feel at home.
SELF-PROTECTION
Keep the social distance, at least 1,50 meters.
Mandatory use of the mask on the inside.
It is mandatory to wash your hands with soap before and after the use of common elements.
Hand sanitizer available.
RECEPTION
Distance of 1.5 meters while waiting according to the signs placed on the floor. A maximum of 3 people can stay at the reception.
New guest registration system. With the reservation you will receive a link to register.
One pilgrim at a time will do the check in, after that, a disinfection will be made on the desk.
Disinfection of the keys of the single rooms.
ROOMS
Pilgrims will receive a disposable bed cover and pillow cover kit. The use of your own sleeping bag is mandatory.
Please check the room before your check-out, any object left unattended will be thrown away.
Thorough cleaning of the entire room with authorized viricidal products.
Increase in the frequency of disinfection of the most contact surfaces (switches, handles, doors, taps, etc.)
Washing of clothes with special programs to ensure maximum hygiene.
SHARED BATHROOMS
All bathrooms of the hostel are shared and separated by gender.
The total capacity is limited to 50%.
Increase in the frequency of disinfection and cleaning.
The use of flip-flops or appropriate footwear when showering is mandatory.
Each pilgrim must have their own shampoo and shower gel.
It is recommended to use your own towel.
A disinfectant spray is available in all toilet.
LAUNDRY
It is recommended to wash and dry your clothes before entering the rooms.
It is mandatory to wash your hands before and after using the washing machine and dryer.
It is not possible to hang clothes in the hostel, to dry clothes you have to use the dryer.
COMMON AREAS
It is mandatory to keep the safety distance of 1.50 meters.
To use the vending machines, it is necessary to wash your hands before and after use.
The kitchen, coffeshop and Chapel are temporarily closed.
CLEANING
The time for thorough cleaning and disinfection is from 9:30am to 1:30pm
During this time (9:30am to 1:30pm) the floors of the rooms must be completely clear and empty in order to allow a proper disinfection.
The rooms will be cleaned and disinfected on the day of check-out. If you stay more than one night and want your room to be cleaned, please request it at the reception the day before.
STAFF PROTOCOL
Staff has been trained on prevention measures.
Workers will maintain the social distance between them and with customers.
Our staff is equipped with EPIs to guarantee everyone’s safety and has been trained for its correct use.
All our staff will check their temperature at the beginning of the working day.
